There were submitted 280 papers. Out of them, 264 were approved by the scientific committee. The program had 16 lectures, 12 round tables, and 16 panels (these panels covered 66 presentations). 93 papers were presented mostly by Cuban delegates in the virtual event. The scientific program was entirely fulfilled.

The Cuban delegation had 81 particiapnts, besides 20 others who made puntual presentations.

We had 92 foreign delegates from 24 countries in the presence version: mostly from Brazil, Spain, and in a lesser degree from Colombia), who were in charged of 12 lectures and several panels.

We have to remark the important particiaption of the Panamerican Health Organization. This institution sustantially supported our Organizing Committee.

 Also we had four pre congress courses, one meeting for the Virtual Campus and the important “Firts Meeting of Network Developers for BVS, SciELO & ScienTI”, with the sponsoring of Bireme/OPS & INFOMED.
