How to participate in the Virtual Event?

This event is conceived so that their delegates can participate in a present and/or virtual way, in both cases it is obligatory to register in the Congress website.

This registration allows sending papers, having access to the papers and conferences published in the site, participating in discussion forums and receiving the virtual version of Certificate of Participation.

Instructions to register:

1. - Click in Inscription or in Registering.
   - Inscription can be found in the top bar of the site
   - Registering is in the frame “Log in” on the column on the right in the home page.

2. - In the registration form, you should fill in your full name, data of your institution, country of origin, your user name, and your electronic mail.

3. - Click in the button to Register. The system will generate a password that will be sent to the email address that you declare in the form.

4. - To have access to delegate's options, type your user name and password and click “enter” in the column of the right in the home page

5. - Change the password (this step is obligatory to confirm your registration).

 With your user name and password, you can always enter to the side to have access to the delegate options in the congress virtual version.

Recommendations for the participation in the active phase of the virtual event (February 12th- March 12th)

Ours VI International Congress of Health Informatics will have the peculiarity not only to function in the Palace of Conventions of Havana, but it will have a virtual version. This virtual version will have the papers whose authors chose this mode, papers of those authors who could not attend due to availability of capacities in the Congress and also all papers to be presented  in the Palace Halls.   

This event virtual function from February 12th to March 12th, 2007 .On February 12th,  each paper will appear inside the modality in which its authors placed them in the web site.

The participants in this virtual event can be all those people that register in the site and if they want to give their comments on the papers, they have that option in the pages where such papers appear in a lash saying  “Add comment”.
 
The authors of the papers will be briefed with the comments received in the page of their report and they should respond in the shortest possible time. It can have exchange not only between the author and a participant, but also, among the participants that express similar or divergent approaches about the work.

In the same way, they will place on-line those conferences imparted during the event that their authors consented to their publication. These lectures will be visible as the lecturers impart them in the present event.  
  
We hope this virtual version makes our Congress an immense forum of scientific debate where wisdom and collaboration will reign. We also hope that new and fruitful professional relationships will rise of this encounter.
