Professor Dr. Edgardo Schapachnik Abramovich will attend to Health Informatics 2007

 Professor Edgardo Schapachnik Abramovich will attend the VI International Congress of Health Informatics 2007.
He is Former Chief of Cardiology External Clinics, and Head of Chagas Desease Section, at Cosme Argerich Hospital, Buenos Aires. President of the Organizing Committee of the First Virtual Symposium on Pain, Palliative Medicine and Advance in Pain Pharmacology, Informatics Director of the Formation Course for Clinical Investigator, at Universidad Nacional del Nordeste, Argentina, Honorary President of the Second Virtual Cardiology Congress.
Dr Schapachnik Abramovich is also, general director of “Radio Latidos por Minutos” (Radio L.P.M). This is an experience with Internet voice, to the service of Medical Education, devoted exclusively to the diffusion of medical knowledge. It transmits regularly from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Its presence in Internet, although novel, gathers as antecedent the communication experience expressed in the First Course of Arrhythmias by Internet, the University Course of Pain, the participation in the First Virtual Cardiology Congress, their design and organization, the First Virtual Symposium on Chagas Desease and the Formation Course of Clinical Investigators.
The specifically radio broadcasting activity, it is an extension, by means of the use of a new tool, of the remaining academic activities in Internet. In a first stage, FOUNDATIONAL, the transmissions are constituted by daily broadcasting of four programming blocks, each one of those which, in turn, it is made up by two topics. These broadcasting have different schedules during the weeks and they go on air in a morning schedule and evening schedule.This way, during the month, colleague connectivity is facilitated according to their own comfort and according to the different time zones.
