Registartion for Cuban delagates on Saturday 10th

Cuban delegates registration will be on Saturday February 10th from 10:00 to  13:00 in the lobby of the Ministry of  Communications and Informatics which is in the  Square of the Revolution. When paying, invoice and ID should be presented.

If an institution paid with a check for several participants, a single person can pick up the  registration presenting the invoice. 

Delegates from provinces  who cannot pay on Saturday 10th, can  register on Monday 12th from 9:00  at the Palacio de  Convenciones in the Registration Office (that is next to the Palacio, by Placo Hotel).

Foreign delegates will regsiter at the Palace of Conventions on Monday, February 12th from 9: 00 a.m
