Dr. Anne Seror confirms her attendance on Health Informatics

Dr. Anne Seror, Laval University, Canada, who recently published in the
Journal of Medical Internet Research an article named:  A Case Study :
Infomed- The Cuban National telecommunication net for health care and its
global portal
, confirmed her attendance to the VI International Congress on
Health Informatics 2007. Dr. Seror will deliver a Conference within the
Event Scientific Program.

Ann Séror is Ph.D., Administrative Sciences, Purdue University, (1980), Master in administration of companies, organizational behavior (M.B.A), IMEDE, Institute of Development of the Administration, Lausanne, Switzerland (1975) and she also is Bachellor in French literature (B.A), Mount Holyoke Collage (1969).

She has coordinated and participated in several investigation projects, mainly oriented toward the transfer of new information technologies in institutional nets: a model and an analysis of comparative case, factors of successes of communication networks in the organizations in Quebec and investigation in the informatización of organizations.

At the moment, Dra. Ann Séror is developing a program of independent investigation focused toward the impact of Internet and telecommunications technologies in the institutional infrastructures of the national systems of health cares.

She has given classes in the Owen Graduate School of Management in Vanderbilt University, and more recently she was during an academic year in Wuhan University in Central China where she taught classes in WTO Studies School and Business School. She is member of the Academy of Management and Beta Gamma Sigma, a honor society in commercial education; she is also Publishing Senior of the Electronic Newspaper of Systems of Information in the Developing countries (EJISDC).
